MultiCurv (“we”), provided by esheep.net, is a multi-currency inventory pricing add-on for Xero. This page describes how we handle data during private beta and general operation.
What we collect
- Xero account identity (name, email) via OAuth after you connect.
- Organisation metadata (name, base currency, tenant id) and connection status.
- Encrypted Xero access and refresh tokens (AES-256-GCM at rest).
- Inventory item metadata synced from Xero and multi-currency prices you enter in MultiCurv.
- Billing / plan status if you subscribe (plan tier and period). Paid plans are handled by invoice or bank transfer; we do not process card numbers in MultiCurv.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep your Xero connection working.
- Show items and prices; create DRAFT invoices/quotes in Xero.
- Record plan status when you subscribe (manual invoice / transfer).
- Operate, secure, and debug the service.
Third parties
We use Xero (accounting API) and optionally public FX data providers (e.g. Frankfurter/ECB rates). Their privacy policies apply to their services. Bank transfers are processed by your bank and ours.
Retention
We retain data while your organisation is connected or as needed for billing and legal obligations. Disconnecting Xero clears stored tokens for that organisation; item prices may remain until you request deletion.
